Compensation & Benefits • Total Compensation: Up to $800,000 annually • Sign-on Bonus: $50,000 • Flexible W2 or 1099 arrangement (your choice) • Full benefits package available for W2 (health, dental, malpractice, retirement, etc.) Practice Highlights • Broad case mix including Orthopedics, OB/GYN, General Surgery, and Eye procedures • Modern facility with supportive staff • High level of autonomy in a collaborative environment • Full-scope anesthesia care: preoperative assessment, intraoperative management, and postoperative care Schedule • Full-time position: 40 hours per week • Daily schedule: 7:30 AM - 7:30 PM • Call rotation: 1:5 This role is perfect for an Anesthesiologist who wants to maximize earning potential while maintaining a manageable schedule in a welcoming, patient-focused environment. Pay Summary: W2 Employed (Living in the Community): • $375/hr. • Annualized: approximately $780,000 based on 2,080 hours/year. • Benefits: BX of Montana health insurance (employee), 401K with 3% contribution, $5,000 CME, paid professional liability insurance. • $15,000 relocation. • $50K bonus 1099 Independent Contractor (Living in the Community): • $395/hr. • Annualized: $800K range for full-time • Benefits: Paid professional liability insurance. • $15,000 relocation. Qualifications Qualifications (Minimum and Preferred): Years of Experience: • 1+ years of anesthesia experience required. Education: • MD/DO Degree from an accredited College of Medicine. Licenses: • Active Physician License (or eligibility). Certifications: • ACLS, PALS, and BLS required. • DEA License. Personality Factors: • Compassionate and detail-oriented. • Strong communication and critical thinking skills. Systems Used: Meditech EHR. Ideal Candidate Features: • Proficiency in blocks, lumbar punctures, and intubation.
